This Cancellation Policy applies to services scheduled through the Quick Fix UAE app. Our goal is to maintain a fair and transparent policy for both users and service providers.
- Cancellation by Users
- Advance Notice: Users must cancel a service appointment before the assigned service provider’s scheduled arrival time to avoid charges.
- Cancellation Fee: A fee of 50 AED will be charged for cancellations not communicated before the service provider’s arrival time.
- Cancellation Before Vendor Assignment
- Full Refund: If the cancellation is made before a vendor (service provider) is assigned, and in cases of advanced payment, a full refund will be provided.
- Cancellation by Quick Fix UAE
- Service Provider Unavailability: If a service provider is unavailable, we will notify you promptly and offer rescheduling options or a full refund.
- Safety Concerns: Quick Fix UAE reserves the right to cancel any service due to safety concerns.
- Rescheduling
- To accommodate your needs and those of our service providers, we encourage rescheduling appointments rather than canceling them, whenever possible.
- Modifications to Policy
- Quick Fix UAE reserves the right to modify this policy. Users will be notified of any significant changes.
